This is a custom written and recorded track, just for you. In it you will visualise venturing into the depths of your mind where all of your core beliefs, default settings and patterns of behaviour are stored. Once there you'll make changes to them, rewriting your beliefs and inner narrative. This is a practice I use regularly with my clients who find it incredibly powerful, particularly if listened to regularly over time. The price includes working with you to get the script just right, and then recording and editing the track, which will then be yours to keep.
