How it Works
Initial Consultation
I offer an initial consultation of around 60-75 minutes to discuss your needs and set goals for the therapy. I will also explain in some more detail how the brain works, particularly in relation to the problems you face and how I can help.
This is an opportunity for you to decide if I am the right therapist for you!
Sessions
Your subsequent sessions will last for an hour and are, ideally, weekly; how many sessions you'll need is completely up to you. On average, people tend to have around 12 sessions, but it could be more, or could be less; we take it week by week.
Due to a busy schedule, if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment please let me know with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours will be charged half price. With less than 24 hours notice the full session fee will be charged. For bulk session payments, normal cancellation policy applies, and no refunds available.
Cancellations
Lucy is wonderful. Having a Hypnotherapy session with her is like being given a diamond on your darkest day. Then she teaches you how to discover more diamonds for yourself. I'm in the middle of the process, but so far my road rage is decreasing, my confidence and crisis-recovery times are improving and I just don't feel quite so shitty anymore. Not even on a really, really shitty day. Thanks, Lucy. You're an inspiration.
