I work with clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed or unsure of who they’re becoming — especially during times of anxiety, transition or inner change. Together, we reconnect you with your strengths, rebuild emotional resilience and develop deeper self-compassion and confidence. When you respond to your thoughts and emotions with understanding rather than fear, life opens up in peaceful and meaningful ways.
Do you feel a little lost? Like each day you get up, and trudge the same path, with this creeping feeling that you're going the wrong way? Or maybe it does feel the right way, but like you're climbing Everest! This is where I come in. Together we will work to help you feel like you are on the right path, and can cross all the hurdles life may throw at you with ease.

My Approach
With over 10 years’ experience, my approach combines Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, alongside further training in Compassion Focused Therapy and counselling..
Solution Focused Therapy helps you move forward with clarity — focusing on your strengths, capabilities and the small steps that create change. Compassion Focused Therapy supports you in building a kinder relationship with yourself — quieting self-criticism and reconnecting with who you truly are.

I offer full 60-minute sessions.
Single session: £85 | Block of 4: £320 (£80/session).
You can choose to meet online or face-to-face in Radstock, near Bath. Sessions are available afternoons, evenings, and fortnightly, so you can work on yourself in a way that fits your life.
Most people choose to work with me over a number of sessions, allowing time for meaningful, lasting change. We review things together as we go, and you’re always in control of the pace.
